In the fellowship hall, people often gather before and after service to chat and have a cup of coffee. There is Keurig available in the kitchen. People also fellowship upstairs in the sanctuary after service, while others hang around for prayer.
Our children's program is currently on hiatus and the nursery is not staffed due to COVID, but the nursery is open for diaper changes and for parents who need a quiet place to take their children during service. Most children stay in the service with their parents and we love having them worship with us!
Our praise and worship mixes music videos and live music. Guests may see others engaging in Biblical expressions of worship including clapping, shouting, singing, dancing, lifting hands, bowing, kneeling and prophetic songs of the Lord. We often will have ministry time during worship focusing on prayer for various needs by our prayer and prophetic teams.
Our sermons feature Biblically based teaching about topics impacting our daily lives. The sermon is usually delivered by Pastor Ron Moore, and is often supplemented by additional teaching from one of our in house teachers. We also occasionally host a panel type discussion at the end of service to review portions of the message allowing audience members to ask questions.
Guests will notice that the style of dress is varied – some attendees prefer to dress up in dresses/suits and tie while others prefer jeans and t-shirts! It is an older building and as such, may be be warmer in the summer, and cooler in the winter, so dress accordingly based on your comfort preferences.
Doors open around 8 AM for fellowship and continental breakfast. Most people who arrive early, arrive between 8:15 - 8:30 AM. Around 8:45 AM, our praise team finishes sound check, and praise music begins to set the mood for the service. We may listen to a playlist, or play a music video. At 9 AM , service begins.
Our building is located at 5 Depot St. in Merrimack which is on the corner of Depot and Pleasant St. The building is behind Reeds Ferry Market which is close to Exit 12 on the Everett Turnpike. Depot St. is the street between Reeds Ferry and the B.P. gas station.
There are a number of spaces in the church lot, and in the grassy area on the side of the building. If the lot is full, you may park at the preschool just past the church on the left. It is very important that we respect our neighbors by keeping the street clear and not blocking driveways or parking on the grass of nearby homes.
From the North:
Head South on Everett Turnpike towards Merrimack. Exit onto Raymond Wieczorek Dr toward the airport and US 3. Keep right to continue onto US 3 S. Turn right on US 3 S and after 2.3 miles, turn left onto Depot St. which runs between the B.P gas station and Reeds Ferry Market. The church will be on your right one block from US 3 S.
From the South:
Head North on Everett Turnpike toward Manchester. Take Exit 12 from Everett Turnpike towards Bedford Road. Take a right off the exit onto Bedford Road and keep right. Turn right at the light onto US 3 S. In .2 miles, turn left onto Depot St, which runs between the B.P. gas station and Reeds Ferry Market. The church will be on your right one block from US 3 S.
